The Walter Reed Society Congratulates MISSION:M4 On
Three Prestigious Awards
It was my honor to nominate Linda Wolf for the highly prestigious GOOD NEIGHBOR AWARD for the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, which recognizes members who have made a significant difference in the lives of others. I am excited to share that Linda was awarded this tremendous honor which lead to her nomination for the Virginia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award.
Good deeds do make a difference. Linda was also awarded the Good Neighbor Award from the State of Virginia. She was one of 10 agents out of 1.3 million, nationwide, to be recognized by the National Association of Realtors. Through Mission:M4, the charity she started for The Critically Ill Children of the Military, she has donated countless hours and her many talents to achieve, in a few years, what can only be called an enormous milestone for the sick children and their parents who are serving our country. “What started with an annual ice cream party for her clients to collect toys for sick children has grown into a major project that already affects about 2,300 children a year at Walter Reed alone,” said Senator Pat Roberts in a letter supporting Wolf’s nomination. “That number has increased dramatically with the installation of the system installed at Tripler. There is no limit to the number of children and adults that will benefit from her efforts in the future.”
